Blending five core elements of wellness: breath, nutrition, movement, mindfulness and sleep, our wellness retreats are specifically designed for busy groups or individuals who are looking to reset and recharge. We also offer private group wellness retreats where you can have a program specifically tailored for you and exclusive access to the property.

Unlike most retreats, Wellness with Sayaka retreats are limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure you get the attention you need and deserve. Our retreats are located at the stunning Wilson's Promontory National Park so you will be surrounded by nature, fresh air and spectacular coastline. We stay in luxury eco-friendly accommodation and your delicious nutrient rich meals are all prepared on-site using organic produce.

Join Sayaka and guest host Rafa Caetano for a three day acro-yoga intensive where you will learn a beginners acro-yoga flow sequence with a partner as well as enjoying delicious plant based organic meals and daily meditation sessions. You'll also have an opportunity to take some photos of your acro-yoga skills against some amazing Victorian backdrops.
