The retreats are always located in stunning locations in regional Victoria so you will be surrounded by nature, fresh air and spectacular scenery. Revive, re-set and rejuvenate this Spring with a tailored wellness program in the stunning regional Victorian town of Trentham.
Over three full days and nights, you will be treated to a wellness journey that includes dynamic and restorative yoga practices, meditation to help you reduce anxiety and sleep better, techniques to release tension from your joints and muscles and nourishing plant based gourmet meals daily.

Bring some balance into your life by experiencing the yin and yang of dynamic and restorative yoga practices, balanced breathing and a balanced diet. You'll also have lots of fun trying out some arm balances.

Invite some balance into your life while being immersed in nature, yoga, meditation, clean eating and positive energy over three days. Focussing on a core theme of 'balance' you'll experience the symmetry of strong vinyasa flows with yin and restorative practices; balanced breathing techniques; and standing and arm balances at a stunning eco-lodge in Wilson's Promontory national park.
8 - 11 March, 2019 (Labour Day long weekend)
Join Sayaka and guest host Rafa Caetano for a three day acro-yoga intensive where you will learn a beginners acro-yoga flow sequence with a partner as well as enjoying delicious plant based organic meals and daily meditation sessions. You'll also have an opportunity to take some photos of your acro-yoga skills against some amazing Victorian backdrops.
